Instructions
  1. chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum

  2. in a pan heat the oil and add the onion and green chilli and saute it for 3 minutes, until the onion turn into brown

  4. add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes

  5. add steamed rice and mix well and turn off the flame

  6. from the cutlet mixture, take small ball and make as a circle shape or cutlet shape
