- Steamed rice 1 cup -
- Carrot : 1/4 cup -
- Beans : 1/4 cup -
- cabbage 1/4 cup -
- Capsicum : 1/4 cup -
- paneer 1/6 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Green chilli : 1 no -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Bread crumbs : 1 cup -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- add steamed rice and mix well and turn off the flame
- from the cutlet mixture, take small ball and make as a circle shape or cutlet shape
- in a bowl mix maida and water and make as a batter and dip the cutlet mixture
- dip in the bread crumbs
- heat the oil in the pan and fry the cutlet and allow to cook in a medium flame, until it becomes crispy
- now steamed rice cutlet is ready to serve. serve with ketchup
