Instructions
- For preparing strawberry mousse, puree 6 strawberries in a blender.
- Add lemon juice and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.
- Whip the cream until fluffy.
- Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.
- Cut the remaining strawberry into slices and put it on top of the mousse.
- Strawberry mousse is ready. Decorate with mint leaves and serve chilled.
