Instructions For preparing strawberry terrine, soak the jelly in cold water. Boil water and sugar in a saucepan. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the red currants and leave it to simmer for 1 minute. Remove it from the flame and blend it. Beat in the drained jelly with a hand whisk and allow it to cool. Whip the cream until light and fluffy. Mix in the whipped cream with the redcurrant puree. Grease the terrain with butter and pour a little red currant puree. Leave it to set for 5 minutes in the freezer. Cover it with a layer of strawberries and finish with a layer of cream on top. Tap the sides of the terrain lightly, so that all the ingredients are evenly spread. Cover with a lid and chill it for 6-8 hours. Strawberry terrain is ready. Cut and serve the terrain with strawberry puree.
