Suji (Rava) Kheer
Suji (Rava) Kheer is one of the easy kheer or payasam recipe which can be done quickly and taste delicious. This delicious dessert can be given for babies too.

Instructions
- First roast rava in a thick bottomed pan or sauce pan very well, with out changing the color.
- Add Condensed milk, sugar, milk and keep stirring in a low flame till this mixture thickens a little.
- Add custard powder (mix with little milk) , keep stirring and when it starts to boil add cardamom powder. Then switch off the flame.
- It is ready.Pour into a bowl and add almond & pista powder. Serve hot or refrigerate and then serve chilled.
