Sweet Coconut Bread Pack

In a pan mix together grated coconut,powdered jagery,cardamon powder,cashew and raisins,

Saute till jaggery melts and a nice aroma of cardamom spread.

Cut each bread slices into 2 triangular pieces and add 2 tbsp coconut mixture in one slice,cover it with another piece

Whisk 3 egg with 1 tsp sugar and Dip these coconut bread pack carefully in it.heat ghee in a pan and fry both sides till golden brown in colour.

Sweet coconut bread pack is ready.
