Ingredients
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 25 g
- garlic(finely chopped) - 5 cloves
- Jaggery(Sharkara) - 25 g
- Red chillies - 5 nos
- Tamarind(a small ball, Puli) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Refined oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Dry roast the red chillies.
- Heat the remaining oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add the ground mixture and stir for sometime in low heat.
- After cooling, store the sweet n sour ginger chutney in glass bottles.
