Instructions
- Heat the kadai.
- Pour 1 tsp ghee and fry cashews and dried grapes in it.
- Fry the rava on sim and keep aside.
- While boiling, add fried rava.
- When it's consistency will become thick, add sugar.
- Stir continuously on slow flame.
- When it'll become thick, add the fried cashews, dry grapes and cardamom powder.
- :- Milk kesari is ready to be served.
