Tandoori Chicken
Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken drumsticks small size
For marinade:
- Tandoori Masala As reqd
- Tandoori color Little
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- Cumin/Jeera powder A pinch
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing tandoori chicken, mix together all the ingredients of marinade.
- Apply the mixture on the chicken pieces and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
- Grill in an oven until done. Enjoy.
