- Chicken drumsticks(small size) - 1 kg
For marinade:
- Tandoori masala(As reqd) -
- Tandoori color(Little) -
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin/Jeera powder(A pinch) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tandoori chicken, mix together all the ingredients of marinade.
- Apply the mixture on the chicken pieces and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
- Grill in an oven until done. Enjoy.
