- Taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) 250 g -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- pepper 1/4 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 3 tsp -
- Rice flour : 3 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- cut into round shape
- in a bowl add taro root, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water
- add taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) and mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
- in a pan heat the oil and fry the taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) until it becomes crispy
- taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) 65 is ready
