  • 1 cup Chicken boneless cooked & shredded
  • 1 cup Basmathi rice
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 nos Carrot chopped
  • 10 nos Beans chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 nos Egg beaten
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 3 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 tsp Hot sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala


  • For preparing tasty chicken fried rice, first cook rice with garam masala. Keep aside.
  • In a pan, pour oil.
  • Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and salt.
  • Add the vegetables and fry it for some time.
  • Add capsicum, celery and fry again.
  • Add hot sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
  • Add little water and cook.
  • In another pan, fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes and add beaten egg. Add little pepper and salt.
  • Make it shredded.
  • Mix rice to the vegetable mix. Add the chicken and egg. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and mix for 5 minutes.
  • Tasty chicken fried rice is ready.
