250 gms Fish2 tsp Lime juice1/2 tsp Pepper powder1 Egg2 tsp All purpose flour (Maida)1/2 cup Bread crumbsSalt (As reqd)Oil to fry Cut the fish into even sizes pieces. Wash and squeeze out extra water.Mix lime juice, pepper powder and required salt. Dip the fish pieces in this mixture and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.Beat the egg. Add maida and required water to make a paste.Apply this paste on the fish pieces and coat gently with the bread crumbs.Fry both sides of the fish pieces in oil till golden brown.Serve hot.Note: While making bread crumbs be careful not to crush too much.
