Ingredients
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Carrot(cut into small pieces) - 1/2 cup
- Beans(cut into small pieces) - 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower(A small piece) -
- Onion(medium) - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no
- Green chillies - 7 -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Small onions(cut into small pieces, Kunjulli) - 6 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 4 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 nos
- Fennel seeds(Perinjeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- In a pressure cooker, boil all vegetables along with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.
- Grind together coconut, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds and a little garam masala powder.
- Add the above mixture into the boiled vegetables.
- Allow it to boil.
- Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Fry small onions and add it to the above curry.
- :- Serve hot with chappathi or porotta.
