Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilli and curry leaves.
- Add all vegetables and cook in a high flame for 10 minutes.
- Add coconut milk,ginger paster,coriander powder,salt and asafoetida to this and boil for 2 minutes.
- Now tasty vegetable stew is ready.
- We can serve in a bowl.
