- Curd - 250 ml
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing thaiyru rasam, first dry roast the fenugreek seeds and powder it.
- Heat little oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Simmer the flame. Add fenugreek powder and curd.
- Boil and remove from fire.
- Thaiyru(curd) rasam is ready.
