Ingredients
- Tomato(sliced into big pieces, medium) - 4 nos
- Green chilly - 1 no
- Fenugreek seeds(A generous pinch, Uluva) -
- Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick kadai or pan.
- Splutter the mustard and curry leaves.
- Add tomatoes, green chilli, fenugreek and saute for a min.
- Add the coconut, turmeric and chilli powder to the tomato and stir till it is dry.
