Thenga (Coconut) Chammandhi For Dosa-Idli
Tasty coconut chammandhi for Dosa and Idli - Ramya V
Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1 no Tomato medium
- 1 no Onion medium
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- Salt As reqd
- Coconut oil As reqd
Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Saute onion and curry leaves.
- Add chilly powder.
- Add tomato and saute well.
- Grind well with coconut.
- Add salt and garnish with coconut oil.
