- Yellow pumpkin - 1 slices
- White Pumpkin - 1 slices
- Broad bean - 5 nos
- Filed bean - 1/4 cup
- Cluster bean - 6 nos
- Brinjal - 3
- Raw banana - 1/2
- Shallots - 10
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Tomato - 1
- Tamarind(small size) -
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
- Sambhar powder - 2 tsp
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Asafeotida - 1/ 4 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(as per taste) -

Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and keep aside
- Now add oil and temper mustard fenugreek cumin . Now add shallots and curry leaves saute well
- Boil vegetables and keep aside
- Now add asafeotida and 1/2 cup water boil well
- Now its ready to serve Thiruvadhirai Thalagam
