Ingredients
- Tomato(diced into very small pieces, big) - 1 no
- Lemon(small) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Onion(diced into small pieces, small) - 1 no
- Ginger Paste - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek powder(Uluva) - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk powder(dissolve powder in 1 teacup hot water and keep cup aside) - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
For seasoning:
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 1 no
- Curry leaves(Few leaves) -

Instructions
- In a small pot take diced tomato, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic pastes, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and salt. Add 1/2 teacup(small cup) water and cook in low flame till water has almost evaporated and the curry is done.
- Add strained lemon juice to the above cooked curry.
- Switch off heat and add the dissolved coconut milk to the pan. Mix well. Add 1/2 teacup hot water to the pan. Mix well and add more water if required. 4)In a small seasoning pan, heat oil and break mustard seeds. Add 2 dry red chillies, 1 shallot and curry leaves.
- Add the above seasoning to the curry pot. Mix well.
- Keep the curry pot on stove once again. In very low flame heat the curry for a minute till warm. Do not boil.
- Tomato ozhichu curry is ready, serve hot.
