Tomato Poori

This is one version of my poori. I used to prepare poori in different taste. In that tomato poori is different taste.

  • Grind the tomato and keep aside.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, tomato pulp, salt & turmeric. then mix well.
  • If required add little water and make a dough
  • Make small balls out of dough and flat thin with roll pin
  • Heat the oil and fry the poori.
  • Now the Tomato Poori ready to serve.
