Ingredients
- Boneless turkey(cleaned and chopped) - 1 kg
- Shallots(chopped, Kunjulli) - 5 nos
- Onion(chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic Paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
- Fennel seeds(Perum jeerakam) - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tbsp
- Dry red chillies - 5 nos
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
- Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing turkey spicy fry, roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Grind it to a fine powder and put it in a pressure cooker..
- Blend tomatoes, onions, shallots and green chillies to a fine paste. Pour it in the pressure cooker.
- In the same pressure cooker, add in turkey, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Mix it well.
- Pressure cook it till the turkey cooks.
- Open the lid and allow it to boil till all the water evaporates.
- Add in the coriander leaves, coconut oil and lime juice. Mix well and allow the turkey to become a bit brown in colour.
- Turkey spicy fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, parotta, bread, etc.
