Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces Bread slices
  • 1 no Custard packet
  • 1 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1 cup Tutti fruity
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Butter As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tutti fruity bread pudding, first apply butter on one side of bread and cover with other slice of bread.
  • Chop the butter applied bread slices into small pieces.
  • Apply butter on baking tray and place the bread pieces. Spread tutti fruity. Again layer the bread pieces.
  • In a pan, boil milk. Add custard powder and bring it to boil.
  • In a large bowl, add eggs, sugar and the milk with custard. Whisk well.
  • Pour this over the bread pieces. It should dip well.
  • Keep in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  • When done, remove and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Tutti fruity bread pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
