- unnakka meen 2 or 3 piece -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- onion 1 -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece -
- garlic 2 cloves -
- Green Chilly : 3 -
- tomato half or one -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- chilly powder 2 btsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- salt add if needed -
- Oil as needed -

- take unnaka meen
- grind it using a mixer
- heat a a pan add oil in it and put mustard when it splutters.
- green chilly and sauté it well.
- then add all powders and sauté
- then pour the grinded fish to it
- stir well
- pour little water and close it for 5 mint.
- then add the dried chilly to it and close again for 5 mint.
- when it becomes a roasted state off the flame .
- transfer to the serving dish .
