  • 1/2 cup Chicken cooked & shredded
  • 8 nos Shallots Kunjulli
  • 5 nos Egg
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Masala powder A pinch
  • 2 tbsp Celery
  • 2 tbsp Coconut grated


  • For preparing variety chicken omelette, grind shallots, green chillies, pepper, salt and masala powder.
  • Beat egg well. Add the ground paste.
  • Add celery, chicken and grated coconut.
  • Make omelettes. Serve hot.
