Ingredients
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Carrot - 1 no
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Cucumber - 1/2 of
- Cabbage - 1 outer
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Vinegar - 1 spoon
- Coconut oil - 1 spoon
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curd - 250 ml

Instructions
- Cut all vegetables, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves into smaller pieces.
- Mix thoroughly till the aroma comes out.
- Keep it for at least half an hour.
- Add the curd just before using and mix thoroughly.
- :- Do not add water.
