For the cutlet :
- Large potatoes boiled : 4 nos -
- Mixed vegetables boiled(french beans, peas, carrot : ½ cup) -
- Bread slices : 2 nos -
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Boil and mash the potatoes and vegetables along with the soaked bread slices, salt and red chilli powder.
- Enter Step
- Form into round cutlets.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown on both sides.

- Cut each burger bun horizontally in two.

- Spread a little mayonnaise and mustard sauce on both halves of the bun.
- Enter Step
- Place an ice lettuce leaf on the lower half and place a vegetable cutlet on top.
- Cover with the upper half of the bun.
- Serve with french fries / potato chips.
