Ingredients
- Long grain brown rice(washed and drained) - 1 cup
- Almonds(Few) -
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(crushed) - 1 no
- Green beans(chopped) - 50 g
- Zucchini(chopped) - 50 g
- Celery stick(chopped) - 1 no
- Broccoli florets - 50 g
- Currants - 1 tbsp
- Green pepper(chopped) - 1 no
- Orange Rind(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Orange juice - 1 orange
- Bay leaf - 1 no
- Tamari soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Boiling water - 300 ml
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add crushed garlic, almonds, rice and saute for 2 minutes.
- When rice is cooked, add tamari soy sauce and heat for a few minutes. Remove the bay leaf when rice is done.
- Vegetable pilaf, a tasty nutritious dish is ready. Serve hot.
