Buttered bread slices are spread with a generous amount of mint coriander chutney and veggies mix is spread on top

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 slices Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mint Coriander chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • Butter As reqd
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Ingredients to be ground for mint coriander chutney:


  • For preparing veggie mint sandwich, first grind together the ingredients for mint coriander chutney: coriander leaves, mint, lime juice, green chilly, ginger, sugar and required salt.
  • Slice the vegetables into thin slices and sprinkle chaat masala, pepper and required salt. Toss the veggies.
  • Butter the bread slices and spread a generous quantity of mint coriander chutney.
  • Now, spread the veggies on top in desired quantity.
  • Top with the buttered slice. Repeat same procedure with remaining slices.
  • Veggie mint sandwich, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
