This is a traditional Vietnamese sweet which is made with moong dal and coconutmilk. Most of favorite sweet cakes are often served as desserts in the breakfast. To prepare this recipe it takes less time. All purpose flour or maida is dissolved in thick coconutmilk and boiled. Cooked moong dal is added to this along with vanilla essence . This is transferred to cool down and served in cubes.
