Instructions
  1. Mix together wheat flour, curd, chopped onions, salt and water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add green chillies.
  4. Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
  5. Heat a thick dosa griddle or pan.
  6. Pour a ladle full of batter in the center.
  7. Spread thinly like pancakes and when batter has cooked, pour some oil or ghee on it.
  8. Remove from the tawa, when Wheat Dosa becomes golden in colour.
  9. :- Serve Wheat Dosa with chutney, sambhar or curd.

Easy and quick. I guess, adding Jeera instead of mustard wld give a better taste….

Thanks a ton for this recipe. By preparing this, we can save a lot of effort that we put to prepare chapathi, and can consume wheat as well. Keep innovating new dishes.

Thnx a lot for the recipe…. I spend lot of money eating in Hotels, as I`m a bachelor I found this very useful , very easy to prepare and Yummy as well !!!
And oh , Not to forget that its HEALTHY as well! 🙂

Online receipes are very usefull me2 months back 1 dont know cooking,but past 2 months 1 cooked many of the southindia dishes and also learned cooking well,Thanks for online receipes
