Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 4 -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together wheat flour, curd, chopped onions, salt and water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add green chillies.
- Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
- Heat a thick dosa griddle or pan.
- Pour a ladle full of batter in the center.
- Remove from the tawa, when Wheat Dosa becomes golden in colour.
- :- Serve Wheat Dosa with chutney, sambhar or curd.

Easy and quick. I guess, adding Jeera instead of mustard wld give a better taste….
