- Wheat rice 200g -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- Carrot 1no. -
- green chili 2no. -
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup -
- red chili 2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- sambar masala powder 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/2 tsp -
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
- in a cooker heat the oil and ghee and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
- add onion, red chili and green chili, mint leaves and saute it until the onion turn into brown
- add chopped tomato and mix well
- add turmeric powder, sambar masala and salt and mix well
- add carrot and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
- now wheat rice briyani is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and cashews. serve with chutney
