  • For preparing White Forest Cake, take a bowl and add butter and sugar. Beat well.
  • Now add egg and vanilla essence. Beat well.
  • Now add all flours, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  • Now grease pan and pour the batter and bake for 180 degrees for 30 minutes and allow to cool.
  • In a bowl add white bar melted with double boil or microwave for 1 minute and mix well with spatula.
  • Now grate the chocolate and keep aside.
  • Now cut three Layers and keep aside.
  • Now mix little portion of whipping cream to melted chocolate,
  • Now apply icing on cake. pour sugar syrup and apply chocolate icing.
  • Arrange the three as same and apply chocolate icing.
  • Now apply normal icing whipping cream to outside of cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Now again apply icing cake and fill some cream with icing bag with star nozzles and drop near by near and finish the circle
  • Now keep the Cherry and sprinkle the Grated chocolate
  • Now White Forest Cake is ready to cut and serve.

      1 cup is 236 ml or 16 tablespoon.
