- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Egg - 2
- Butter - 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking salt - 1/4 tsp
- White Chocolate bar - 100 gram
- Whipping cream( i already showed how to prepare whipping cream icing in Black Forest Cake. please refer that) - 2 cups
- Cherry - 1 pack
- Water - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing White Forest Cake, take a bowl and add butter and sugar. Beat well.
- Now add all flours, baking powder, salt and mix well.
- Now grease pan and pour the batter and bake for 180 degrees for 30 minutes and allow to cool.
- In a bowl add white bar melted with double boil or microwave for 1 minute and mix well with spatula.
- Now grate the chocolate and keep aside.
- Now cut three Layers and keep aside.
- Now mix little portion of whipping cream to melted chocolate,
- Now apply icing on cake. pour sugar syrup and apply chocolate icing.
- Arrange the three as same and apply chocolate icing.
- Now apply normal icing whipping cream to outside of cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Now again apply icing cake and fill some cream with icing bag with star nozzles and drop near by near and finish the circle
- Now keep the Cherry and sprinkle the Grated chocolate
- Now White Forest Cake is ready to cut and serve.

How much is one cup?? Quantity I mean
1 cup is 236 ml or 16 tablespoon.
