250 g Ripe tomatoes200 g Sugar10 g Ginger6 cloves Garlic4 nos Red chilliesVinegar (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Grind the ingredients: ginger, garlic, red chillies and little vinegar to a fine paste.Soak tomatoes in hot water for sometime. Remove the skin and chop into small pieces.Add ground paste, sugar, required salt and some vinegar to the chopped tomatoes.Cook with a lid covered in low heat until the gravy acquires a desired consistency.Remove from fire and after cooling store in glass bottles.Yummy tomato chutney is ready and enjoy.
