Hello,I used this recipe and it came out fine. I am a born and brought up south Indian therefore can confidently say its a good recipe only if you know cooking! If some one does not know the basics, recipes are not for them. Most traditional south indian items will have "ledger" of ingredients. If one is lazy or not into cooking, then south Indian cooking is not them. Silpa, good job. Keep it coming. Thank you for your efforts. Only thing I changed was adding more green chillies to bring out the taste better.

I wish to give some tips..fry some un-cooked rice and grated coconut in a tsp of oil and grind the same and add this to the cooked veg..this will give thickness and excellent smell..Thanks Shilpa.

Hi Shilpa, I tried this recipe today and its good.. just the way we get in tamilnadu hotels..for the other users who had suggested coconut milk instead of ground coconut, I respect your taste. Shilpa has specifically mentioned this is tamilnadu style kuruma..Good work Shilpa,, thanks.

I and my family really liked ur recipe. I really appreciate ur efforts. Keep it up. Just 2 points to you:- 1.Addition of curry leaves will enhance the korma gravy. 2.The onion mentioned in section B, is not used in the preparation.

I think the only reason some have not liked this recipe is because they have ground all the vegetables along with the masala as the vegs have also been included in section A.

We liked your recipe. The Kurma was very tasty. we usually use coconut milk, but this was a different one. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I suggest everyone should try this.

i think this is a very indian recipe, so would be better liked by indians. i think this kurma tastes better without the fenugreek. though u could add a pinch of dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi).

I tried this recipe.But i added my own modifications as per my taste.
I did not add potatoes.Green beans, i diced and kept it in microwave with little water.I then used that water while cooking.
If one does not know even basic cooking, then this recipe is not a good thing to try...you will alter the proportions and the curry will be bad.

it is really good.ButI added a little curd for sour.

This recipe produced possibly the worst dinner that I have ever attempted. The consistency of the curry was akin to porridge and was nearly flavorless. Do NOT waste your time and ingredients on this meal. Order out instead.

Lemme tell u wat.... i tried this one.... i felt it wasnt a bad recipe.
But still.... gotto do some changes... to make it taste better :-)
Recipes rise out of tryin combination.... so keep tryin differently guys
Add wat u like more to add up the taste.... For example.. some ppl add more masala to food, some dont. pls dont stick on to the recipe.
Recipes just give u basics. U need to improvise it according to ur taste.

it is good recipe except for the coconut paste,if it was coconut milk instead of paste then gravy for kurma would be better......
