Potato- fish cutlets
Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish preferably Vangharam or Pomfret
- 350 gm Potato
- 1 cup Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- 250 ml Refined oil
- 250 gm Corn flour
