- Chicken(half chicken) - 2 piece
- Arabic Spices(Bezar - 2 tbsp) -
- Tomato - 1 no

- Ginger(small piece) -

- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp

- For preparing Al Faham Grilled Chicken, first take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Dry roast the Arabian spices at low flame for 5 minutes. This mix is almost same as garam masala.
- Grind it finely together to make a smooth paste
- Clean the chicken and make slits over it. Marinate the chicken pieces in the ground masala along with lemon juice. Cover and leave it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Place the chicken pieces on a well oiled grill rack
- Prepare a fire for direct heat cooking. Position the grill rack 5 inches from the fire. Allow the coals to burn until white ash covers them and the heat is moderate. Place the grill rack and grill covered with the vents open, turning 3-4 times for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve hot Al faham with khuboos or chapati
