this is a good side dish for meals particularly curd rice and it will taste yummy

  • peel and cut the aloo into small cubes
  • grind the red chilli, coconut, onion, garlic and fennel seeds and turmeric
  • make a fine paste
  • In a pan heat the oil and add aloo and mix
  • now add salt and the paste and mix well
  • allow to fry until the aloo and masala mixed well, if required add oil.
  • now aloo fry is ready. serve with curd rice
