- Cauliflower - 1/2 kg
- Potato(medium) - 2 nos
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing -

Instructions
- For preparing, cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and wash it thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown.
- Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 mins.
- Add red chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add cauliflower, potato and green peas and stir. Saute for 5 mins.
- Add one cup of water.Cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Stir ocassionally.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve it hot.
