  • For preparing, cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and wash it thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add red chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  • Add cauliflower, potato and green peas and stir. Saute for 5 mins.
  • Add one cup of water.Cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Stir ocassionally.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve it hot.
