- Aloo - 2 boiled
- Peas - ½ cup
- Red chili - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Onion - 2 grounds
- Tomato - 2 grounds
- Ginger and garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Cream - 1/4 cup
- Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In bowl add potato, peas, 1 tsp red chili powder, and salt and garam masala
- Now add corn flour and mix well
- And make ball shape and keep aside
- Now heat the oil and drop and fry well and keep aside
- Let it cool down. Kofta is ready now we make malai curry
- Now add little water and bring to boil
- Now drop kofta and mix well and add kasuri methi
- Now add cream mix well and turn off
- Aloo mutter kofta is ready to serve
