Instructions
- Cut amla and remove seed and grind as smooth paste and extract the juice and keep aside
- Keep aside extract amla
- In Pan add Amla juice 1/4 cup and add water 1/4 cup and brings to boil
- Add extracted amla in that boiling water
- After 10mins add color
- Add ghee and cook for 10 mins
- when glaze comes from halwa add roasted cashew and raisin in that halwa
- Turn off and and allow to cool and its ready to serve with hot or cold.
