Pesarattu is one of the most commonly eaten breakfasts in Andhra pradesh, are made with whole moong dal called as pesalu in Telugu. It is not possible to make good moong dal dosa with over soaked green gram or with stale batter With the green gram just soaked and grind with green chili and ginger

Ingredients
- Green gram - 2 cups
- Raw Rice - 2 tbsp
- green chilli - 3
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Salt(as needed) -
- Oil(for greasing) -
- Cumin seed - 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander and curry leaves(little) -

Instructions
- Soak green gram and raw rice and over night
- Now add green gram and raw rice in jar and grind coarsely
- In pesarattu batter add salt and rest for 5 mins
- Now add chopped onion and Curry leaves and coriander mix well
- Heat tawa and spread batter like dosa and cook both side
- Now its ready to serve Andhra Pesarattu
