Apple Pudding
Yummy apple pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1 1/4 cup Apple chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 no Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 10 nos Raisins Unakka munthiri
Instructions
- Mix everything together and beat well.
- Pour into a lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
