  • 7 nos Apricots peeled
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juices
  • 150 g Single cream cold
  • 50 g Sugar


  • For preparing apricot mousse, puree 6 apricots in a blender.
  • Add lemon juice and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.
  • Whip the cream until fluffy.
  • Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.
  • Cut the remaining apricot into slices and put it on top of the mousse.
  • Apricot mousse is ready. Decorate with mint leaves and serve chilled.
