7 nos Apricots (peeled)2 tbsp Lemon juices150 g Single cream (cold)50 g Sugar For preparing apricot mousse, puree 6 apricots in a blender.Add lemon juice and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.Whip the cream until fluffy.Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.Cut the remaining apricot into slices and put it on top of the mousse.Apricot mousse is ready.
