Instructions
- For preparing Ari Paayasam, first wash and cook rice by adding 2 1/2 cups of water.
- Slit the rasakadali bananas vertically and cut it into small pieces and mix it well with the payasam.
- When all the ingredients get mixed and cooked well and the payasam reaches a semi thick consistency, remove it from fire.
- :- This payasam is very tasty if it is served hot or served after keeping it in the fridge for sometime.
