Ingredients
- Beaten rice(Aval/Poha) - 3 cups
- Onion - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 4 nos
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coconut - ¼ of
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Clean aval well in water and keep it to drain.
- Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
- Add aval.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
