Ingredients
- Elephant yam(all vegetables should be long cut) - 1 cup
- Green plantain - 1 cup
- Potato - 1 no
- Carrot - 1 no
- Long string beans - 1 cup
- Ash gourd - 1 cup
- Drumstick - 4 nos
- Indian brinjal - 1 no
- green chilli - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 2 cups
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Shallots - 10 nos
- Coconut oil - 2 tbs
- Raw mango - 1/2 piece

- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 strings
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut all vegetable lengthwise for about 1 inch lenght.
- Boil again for 5 minutes.
- Meantime grind coconut,cumin seeds,green chilli (1 no) and shallots (2 nos).
- Add course paste of coconut and take it off the stove. :- if you are using curd this is the time to add curd.
- Smash the rest shallots. 8)Now garnish it with smashed shallots,coconut oil and curry leaves.
