200 g Chicken

Curry leaves Few
Coriander leaves Few

For preparing paste:

1 tbsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
10 nos Pepper corns
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Chicken masala
1 piece Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Garam masala crushed

Instructions

For preparing bachelor chicken curry, first make a paste of the given ingredients.2)In a pressure cooker, heat oil and fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves.3)Add the ground paste and sautT till the oil clears on top.
Add tomatoes and fry again. Add salt and fry well.
Add the chicken pieces, add 1 cup of water and cook the chicken in low flame till done.
Tasty bachelor chicken curry is ready.
