Instructions Heat ghee in a pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cloves and pepper. Add sliced onions and fry, till slightly brown. In a microwave vessel, put rice, boiled water, salt and the above fried mixture. Stir it well and keep it in a micro wave for 15 minutes or till the rice is cooked. :- Serve with chicken curry, salad and pappadam.
