- Fish fillets(cut into lengthwise) - 2 nos
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- All(purpose flour – 1 tbsp) -
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry lightly the fish fingers. Remove from fire and allow to cool.
- Mix the flour with 1 tbsp of water and dip the fish fingers in it and dust with the bread crumbs.
- Place the fish fingers in a greased baking tray and cook in a 200 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Baked fish fingers is ready . Serve as a starter with some sauce.
