- Fish(washed and drained) - 250 g
- garlic(crushed) - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(crushed) - 1/2 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 3/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion pieces - 1 cup
- Tomato pieces - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 dsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum(sliced round) - 5 pieces
- Cheese(grated) - 1 dsp
- Coriander leaves(Few, chopped) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing baked fish masala, first make gashes on the drained fish pieces.
- Make a paste with garlic, ginger, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and required salt.
- Apply the paste on the drained fish pieces and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, grind onion pieces, tomato pieces and green chillies in the mixer to a fine paste.
- Add garam masala, chilly powder, tomato sauce and saute for a few seconds.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and required salt. Keep the fish masala aside.
- Now we are nearing the final stage of our preparation of baked fish masala. Take a metal baking tray and place on the turn table.
- Arrange the marinated fish pieces on the tray and cover each fish piece with the prepared fish masala.
- Arrange a sliced capsicum on each fish piece and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake the fish pieces in a preheated oven in convection mode for 10 minutes.
- Baked fish masala, a yummy nutritious recipe is ready. Serve hot.
